Paddock Groves

This is one of my personal favorite projects of my career. I love Visioning! Professionally, it is the most fulfilling thing I do!
 

When I worked for Heidt and Associates, a very creative Master Planned Community Developer invited Heidt into a design competition for a new 7,500 unit master planned community, with an equestrian twist. Heidt assembled the forces of the Tampa, Sarasota and Fort Myers offices, this was the A-Team of design, I was humbled to be a part of this team. This was the best overall design team I have worked with in my career.

Visioning is only as good as the team you build! My job on the team was very simple, figure out the clients vision! We had a great team of visionaries.
 

We won the design competition. Unfortunately, the economy back in 2008-2009 killed it, but what a great vision it was.
 

For me, this was a fun project. Have I mentioned, I know horses and grew up in an ag family !
